Birth Support Package

A woman is giving a water birth in a home setting with assistance, using an inflatable pool. She is lying on her side in the water, supported by a person holding her hand, while another person is helping her during labor.

This offering is for families who are seeking an all-inclusive doula experience. A family who values continuity of care, feels ready to explore their birth philosophy and is ready to open their mind to new ideas about how their birth could be. Someone who is ready to ask questions and also be asked questions.

Inclusions:

In Pregnancy

  • 5 x In Home Antenatal Sessions

  • Ongoing virtual support through your pregnancy via text/phone call (7 days a week access during business hours)

  • Option to include a crystal sound healing in my Wellness Studio at your 5th visit

  • Personalised Birth Planning & Education

  • Access to my Client Resource Folder

  • Digital Copy of my ‘The Doula Guide’

  • Bodywork & loan of my rebozo

  • Debrief of previous birth(s)

In Birth

  • On Call 38 - 42 weeks

  • Birth Attendance (home, hospital - including early labour at home support)

  • Birth Pool Hire 37 - 42 weeks

  • TENS Machine Hire 36 - 42 weeks

  • Crochet Umbilical Cord Tie

POSTPARTUM

  • 1 x In Home Postpartum Visit to debrief, reflect & connect

  • Ongoing support available if requested

  • Feel ready? Great! To get started I require a deposit ($500) to be paid along with signed booking forms. I'm officially your doula and ready to support you!

  • You can engage me at any point in your pregnancy and virtual support will commence immediately. We will map out a time line for our in person sessions to ensure you feel well supported throughout.

Pregnancy Support Package

Suitable for hospital & home birthing women.
