Birth Mapping Session
A session for you and your birth partner to feel prepared, supported and informed in you preferences and values for birth. Don't just have a cookie cutter birth plan, reach out and I will help you write one that serves your birth vision

Birth Trauma Debrief
A gentle space to explore your birth experience with respect and unconditional presence. Journey through a birth story share, art therapy and crystal sound healing

Doula Guidance Session
This session is for when you need that space to go and seek counsel outside of your care provider or circle of friends. Whether it's navigating tests, preparing for a VBAC or to help choose an aligned care provider.
